GameZone cash out: pending, failed and cancelled withdrawals
Pending pa rin ang withdrawal? Pending means the request is still being reviewed, and a second request only adds to the queue. Check the five usual blockers below (KYC, bonus, name, method, wallet limit), then send one clear support message.

Before your first withdrawal
Most first cash-outs that get stuck fail one of these. Fix them while you are not in a hurry.
- KYC is approved in your profile. See KYC verification.
- Your GameZone profile name matches your GCash, Maya or bank name letter for letter.
- No active bonus with unfinished wagering. See bonus rules.
- The e-wallet is in your own name, fully verified, and has room under its receiving limit.
- The mobile number you enter in the cashier is the GCash or Maya number registered to you, digit for digit.
Paano mag-withdraw
- Open Wallet or Cashier → Withdraw inside the official app or site.
- Choose the method. When the cashier asks, use the same rail you deposited with.
- Enter an amount above the minimum shown today.
- Read the confirmation screen: any fee, the “you receive” amount, and the masked account number. Screenshot it.
- Submit once. If the screen spins, check History instead of tapping again.
- Note the withdrawal or order ID, then watch History for Submitted, Processing and Done before checking your wallet.
Fees, minimums and what actually lands
Amounts change and differ by method, so the only reliable figure is the one on your own confirmation screen.
| Possible cost or limit | Where to see it |
|---|---|
| Cashier processing fee, if any | The withdrawal confirmation screen |
| Minimum withdrawal | The same screen, often in small text |
| E-wallet receiving limits | Your GCash or Maya limits page |
| Bank transfer charges and posting days | Your bank’s fee schedule |
If less arrives than you expected, compare the confirmation screenshot with the e-wallet credit. If the difference isn’t explained on that screen, ask support with both images attached. A cancel reason that mentions the minimum or a fee is a sizing problem: adjust the amount once instead of resubmitting the same ticket.
Pending: check the five blockers
- KYC still green in your profile? First payouts often wait here.
- Bonus or promotions page: any active wagering lock pauses cash-outs until it is cleared or forfeited.
- Names match across profile and wallet? Third-party destinations get held.
- Same method as your deposit, if the cashier asked for it?
- E-wallet monthly or receiving cap reached?
| Status | Safe next step | Don’t |
|---|---|---|
| Pending + KYC incomplete | Finish verification in the app, then wait | Upload IDs to a Messenger “agent” |
| Pending + bonus active | Read the wagering panel; finish or forfeit | Submit a second withdrawal “to unlock” |
| Pending + name mismatch | Correct details through the official path | Send to a friend’s GCash |
| Approved, but wallet still empty | Wait for the wallet to post; check its limits | Open a new account somewhere else tonight |
Requests made late at night or on weekends may wait for the next review shift. Hammering chat every few minutes doesn’t speed review.
Pending for hours
Once the clock has really stretched, run the five checks once more (not every ten minutes), then escalate with an elapsed-time message.
| Include | How |
|---|---|
| Request time (PHT) | Screenshot of the cashier row with the time |
| Hours since submitting | Your best count, not “mga isang oras” |
| Amount and method | Masked amount; GCash, Maya or bank |
| Blockers checked | KYC, bonus, name and wallet limit status |
| Ticket ID | If a chat is already open |
- If you already have a ticket, reply in the same thread with the original time and reference and “no change since”. New chats reset the queue.
- Payday Fridays, promo expiry nights and after-midnight requests can be slower even when everything is in order. Say so in the message.
- While waiting, don’t play the remaining balance. Some apps let you cancel a pending request and play the money back; that decision is easier to avoid than undo.
Withdrawal failed or rejected
| Reason shown | What it usually means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Name mismatch / beneficiary error | Profile and wallet or bank names differ | Align the names (see below), then one new request |
| KYC required / not verified | Verification not finished | Complete KYC |
| Below minimum / invalid amount | Under today’s threshold | Raise to the minimum once |
| Method not allowed / wallet not bound | No own-named wallet linked | Bind your own GCash or Maya in the official cashier |
| Risk review declined | Manual rejection | One support message asking for the reason |
Changing your GCash or Maya details while a withdrawal is still open can make it fail. Wait for the row to settle, re-bind your own wallet, then submit one new request.
Withdrawal cancelled
| Cancel reason | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| No detail given | Hard stop | Ask support for the reason in writing |
| KYC incomplete | Identity check open | Finish KYC first |
| Name mismatch | Profile vs wallet | Fix the spelling, then re-request |
| Wagering unfinished | Bonus still active | Check the bonus tracker |
| Cancelled by you, or session timed out | Request stopped | Wait for the money to return to your game balance, then one new request |
Repeating the same request without fixing anything usually ends the same way. Fix the named reason first.
Name mismatch on cash-out
Payment providers and operators check that money goes back to the account owner. If your profile says “Ma. Cristina Santos” and GCash says “Maria Cristina Santos”, an automated check can stop the payout.
- Check the exact name on your government ID.
- Compare it with your GCash or Maya verified name.
- Ask GameZone support how to correct the profile; it usually needs your ID.
- Withdraw only after both match.
Don’t withdraw to a relative’s wallet as a workaround. Third-party payouts are commonly refused and can trigger a review. Joint or spouse bank accounts usually fail the same check. More detail on the name match section.
GCash and Maya side checks
- Open the wallet’s transaction list and notifications first. If the money is there, the issue is display only.
- GCash wallet and monthly incoming limits depend on verification level. A cash-out that would push you past the limit can be delayed or bounced back.
- Maya binding usually asks for your name and the 11-digit mobile as the account number. Both must be yours. A nickname in a “Name on Card” field fails the match.
- If Maya shows the money but you can’t use it, that is Maya’s own limit or review. Contact Maya support in its app.
- Maya rails often clear faster than bank rails. Don’t apply a bank waiting time to a Maya request.
What to send support
- Username and the withdrawal or order ID.
- Amount, method (GCash, Maya or bank, masked) and the Philippine time you submitted.
- The exact status text: Pending, Failed reason, or Cancelled reason.
- KYC status and bonus status screenshots.
- A line confirming you did not submit a second withdrawal.
One thread per request, inside the app. Details on customer service.
When to stop
- Someone asks for a “release fee”, “tax” or “priority” payment to free your withdrawal. Real reviews never need money from you.
- Anyone asks for your MPIN or OTP to “speed up” a payout.
- You are about to play the pending amount back because waiting feels long.
- You are opening a new account elsewhere to make up for a delayed payout.
